BEN & JERRY'S

This was a national TV and digital campaign we created at Fallon during the same period that Juan was making the Cadbury's Gorilla ad. The spots represent a history of the bearded ice cream makers in thirty seconds, for social media lovers and those with increasingly limited attention spans.

We remember having minor nervous breakdowns whilst making these, mainly because the ECD, Richard Flintham, told us to "Just go and make them yourselves." We said "But what about a director? Or a shoot?" Rich replied "Nah, just go and make them, it'll be great."

It was not great. However, Juan Cabral really liked them when they were finished, and he's cleverer than I am.
